At Theeban, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. Each garment is made with care to reflect elegance, comfort, and attention to detail.

However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process in accordance with the following terms:


1. Quality Control

Before dispatch, every item undergoes a thorough inspection by our Quality Control Department to ensure there are no errors, defects, or damages.
Only garments that meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship are approved for shipping.


2. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

  • Customized, made-to-measure, or sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are permitted only in cases where the dress does not fit the intended size.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer care team at theebandesign@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +971 50 661 1842.

  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions and details for courier arrangements (if applicable).

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and will be processed once the original item has been received and approved by our team.


4. Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds are issued only for approved returns in accordance with the following terms:

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued as a digital gift card (store credit) sent to the customer’s registered email address.

Refunds are not issued to the original payment method, except for eligible order cancellations made within 1 hour of purchase.

Gift Card Terms

  • Can be used anytime on the RUH online store

  • No expiry date

  • Non-transferable and non-cashable

  • Can be used partially or fully

Refund Calculation

Refund amount = Item Price – Return Shipping Fee

  • AED 50 (UAE)

  • AED 120 (International)

Processing Timeline

  • Gift cards are issued only after inspection approval.

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days after approval.


5. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

  • Domestic customers may choose to ship the item back or request pickup (charges may apply).

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred.

  • Original shipping fees (AED 50 domestic / AED 120 international) are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement if verified.


7. Final Notes

Theeban reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the stated conditions.
