How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders within the UAE usually arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. International orders may take 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance
What are the shipping charges?
We offer a flat shipping rate of AED 50 within the UAE and AED 120 for international orders.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Custom or sale items are not eligible for return.

We accept secure online payments via credit/debit card and selected UAE-based gateways.
