Return And Refund

At Theeban, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. Each garment is made with care to reflect elegance, comfort, and attention to detail. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Customized, made-to-measure, or sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Process for Return or Exchange

To request a return, please contact our customer care team at theebandesign@gmail.com or WhatsApp +971 50 661 1842 within 7 days of delivery.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a courier arrangement (if applicable).

Domestic customers may choose to ship the item back or request pickup (charges may apply).
International customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs fees.

3. Refund Method

After inspection and approval of the returned item:

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method (where applicable) or as store credit.
Shipping fees (AED 50 domestic / AED 120 international) are non-refundable.
Refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, we will assist based on stock availability. Exchanges are processed once the returned item has been received and approved.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

6. Final Notes
