At Theeban, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience for all our customers, both within the UAE and internationally. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Rates

Domestic (within the UAE): AED 50 flat rate per order.

International Shipping: AED 120 flat rate per order.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
2. Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with your tracking details.
3. Delivery Time

Domestic Orders: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Orders: 7–14 business days after dispatch (depending on destination and customs clearance).
Delays may occur due to courier schedules, public holidays, or customs procedures in the destination country.
4. Customs & Duties
For international shipments, import duties, taxes, or customs charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility. These fees vary by country and are not included in Theeban’s shipping rates.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email or message to monitor their delivery status in real time through the courier’s portal.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout. Theeban will not be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Delays & Exceptions
While we always strive to deliver on time, unforeseen factors such as logistics delays, weather conditions, or customs inspections may impact delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
